EE165/EE282D Paper-Reading Assignment (S2026)

· Each student is assigned to read one paper.

· Requirements:

1) Read and understand the assigned papers (in email).

2) A report (scientific paper style) due to me by end of 6/1 (e-copy in email).

3) Prepare PPT slides for in-class presentation (email it to me by end of 6/1).

4) In-class presentations on 6/2. There will be questions from others. Each student has 15 minutes to presentation (follow the paper # sequence). Please bring a Hard Copy of your reports (not PPT) to the class for me.

EE165/EE282D Design Project Assignment: (S2026)

Title: Design an ESD protection structure of YOUR choices by TCAD simulation for HBM 2KV. (Lab 5 will be a good example)

Team project: Individual student project

Requirements:

1) Propose your own ESD protection structures to meet HBM ESD 2kV protection level. Then, work out your designs.

2) A project report (scientific paper style) due to me by end of 6/3 (e-copy in email).

3) Prepare PPT slides for in-class presentation (email it to me by end of 6/3).
