· Each student is assigned to read one paper.

· Requirements:

1) Read and understand the assigned papers.

2) A report (scientific paper style) due to me by end of 11/25 (e-copy in email).

3) Prepare PPT slides for in-class presentation (email it to me by end of 11/25).

4) Online/Zoom (not in-person) presentations on 11/26. There will be questions from others. Each student has 5 minutes to presentation (follow the paper # sequence).

EE165/EE282D Design Project Assignment: (F2024)

Title: Design an ESD protection structure of YOUR choice by TCAD simulation for HBM 2KV. (Lab 5 will be a good example)

Team project: 2 students per team (same teams as for Labs)

Requirements:

5) Same teams as for your Labs.

6) Propose your own ESD protection designs meeting HBM ESD 2kV protection level. Then, work out your designs.

7) A team report (scientific paper style) due to me by end of 12/2 (e-copy in email).

8) Prepare PPT slides for in-class presentation (email it to me by end of 12/2).

9) Online/Zoom (NO in-person) presentations on 12/3 & 12/5. There will be questions from others.
